Renato Reno Pereira (b. July, 1984) is a Brazilian artist and designer born and raised in Goiânia, central Brazil, with a strong practice in design and illustration. He completed his design studies in the Faculdade de Artes Visuais of the Universidade Federal de Goias, a formative space and time where he met fellow artist Douglas de Castro and founded the illustration and design collective Bicicleta Sem Freio.
Renato’s individual body of work contemplates iterative processes in design, constantly playing with color, line and shapes to construct and deconstruct figurative processes. His individual murals and designs can be found around the world in many walls and apparel design collaborations.
He is included in Urban Nation Museum's permanent collection. Solo shows and exhibitions include Fera with Justkids in London and This is not a Poster 2450SF Gallery in San Francisco. Other notable group exhibitions include: the inaugural Urban Nation Museum show: Colors, and LAX/PDX in Antler gallery, Portland. Renato travels the world alongside Bicicleta Studio, creating a widening portfolio of public art, including pieces in cities like Jerusalem, India, Brazil, Chile, Las Vegas, Miami, Arkansas, Hawaii, Mexico, Portugal and Puerto Rico, to name a few
