Bicicleta Sem Freio was invited by Okuda San Miguel in Spain to participate in Iam TITANES project, an initiative aimed towards social inclusion through art promoting the integration of people with disabilities into society through collaborative murals painting and benefiting Spanish non-profit Labordavia.
It took ten days of uninterrupted painting to complete the vision for the massive grains silo. Four 75 feet high murals visible from many vantage points in La Solana, a little town in La Mancha province. The piece titled Os Gigantes de la Mancha is inspired by the geographical space that gave way to literary masterpiece Don Quixote, and meant to celebrate and remind people the power of creativity and imagination, especially among children with mental disabilities.
